TWO TRAVEL OF GULLIVER BETWEEN ISLANDS AND MUSIC
THE SHOW
The show presents the two first Gulliver’s trips (in Lilliput and in the Land of the Giants) stimulating to know and read the great classic of Jonathan Swift, which is the prototype of so many adventurous stories between credible and incredible by sea.
Several characters tell the stories (inside the odiens!) with delicate, poetic or humorous style through a mute, punctual and refined skilfully gestures made by Master Teodor Borisov, which moves many thin wires at rhythm and time of classical music. This show is the result of the collaboration between the Teatro La Fenice of Venice and the great school Bulgarian puppet theatre, which is the vanguard in Europe with that of Prague. It is also the instrument to meet with such classical music, discovering sounds and rhythms of fascinating beauty.

TEODOR BORISOV
The puppets-player Teodor Vnyov Borisov has graduated in 2007 at the National Academy Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia: one of the most important Academy in the arts and techniques of puppet theatre in Europe. In addition to professional experience as actor in film ( 'Before life after death' by director Dragomir Sholeff, 'Dalida' directed by Joyce Bunel), he has created a first show of puppets and music that has presented to important festivals including the Festival Theatre of Figure 'Pierrot' Starazagora, and the International Festival of Charleville-Mèzirès (France) organized dall'ESNAM (Ecole National des Arts Supèrieure de la Marionette). In 2005 and 2006 held a workshop teaching (for children from 4 to 10 years) of construction and improvisational storytelling with puppets to Caldonazzo (Tn) (as educator-entertainer Village Summer International SOS). From 2002 to 2007 he has worked, as a street artist, in Venice, Rome, Florence and elsewhere in Italy.
