The flavours of our land
A holiday in Cavallino-Treporti also means becoming familiar with the flavours of the land. Visitors have the opportunity to taste traditional lagoon cuisine handed down from generation to generation, from “Risi e bisi co’a’enguà” to “Bacalà in tocio”. The most typical dishes are undoubtedly those connected to the sea, however meat-lovers will also be spoilt for choice.
